The importance of medium size and specialty breweries is growing steadily and thus als their technical and technological demands on production equipment. Teh COMPACT-STARTM program includes Brewhouse with cast-out quantities from 40 to 100 hl.
The basic configuration COMPACT-STARTM consists of a mash tun kettle, a lauter tun and a Whirlpool/wort kettle. With this combination up to five brews per day and a cast-out cycle of four per shift are possible. Either dry milling and wet milling wiht the MILLSTARTM can be used. An infusion an decoction mashing process is available as standard.
